*This is one of the few games in the franchise to require player input after the music finishes. Other games like this are Remix 4 (GBA), Air Batter 2, Lockstep, Fan Club 2, Lockstep 2, Monkey Watch, Air Rally 2, and Flock Step.
*The graphics used for Ninja Bodyguard in this Remix are later reused in Ninja no Shison. This is the only time that the graphics from a Remix are used in a later game. Most remixes in Rhythm Tengoku and some in Rhythm Heaven use visuals from previous games or remixes.
*The graphics for Ninja Bodyguard in this remix are later reused in its sequel, Ninja no Shison. This is the only time that the graphics from a remix are used in a later game. Most remixes in Rhythm Tengoku and some in Rhythm Heaven use visuals from previous games or remixes.
*The graphical redesigns in this Remix serve to tell a story about a man who leaves the woman he loves (seen in Hopping Road), protecting her when she is attacked (represented with Shison-tachi in Ninja), and them getting back together and marrying (seen in Hanabi and the epilogue). While the lyrics of the song talk about their love being over, the Remix itself has a happy ending. While later Remixes have their graphical redesigns set to a certain theme, implying all the games are in the same location or connected in some way, this is the only one to tell a story in such a way.
*In the arcade version, the on-screen credit for Sohshi was updated from 田中 総史 to 総史(ワタシメスラッグ), as he formed the group with guitarist Leo after appearing in this Remix.

Remix 5 (リミックス 5?, Rimikkusu 5), also known as 5th Remix (5th リミックス?, 5th Rimikkusu) on the prologue, is the 6th Rhythm Game of Stage 5 (30th overall) in Rhythm Tengoku and the fifth Remix.
This is the second remix to feature visual changes and vocals.
The graphics used for Ninja Bodyguard in this Remix are later reused in Ninja no Shison. This is the only time that the graphics from a Remix are used in a later game. Most remixes in Rhythm Tengoku and some in Rhythm Heaven use visuals from previous games or remixes.
The graphical redesigns in this Remix serve to tell a story about a man who leaves the woman he loves (seen in Hopping Road), protecting her when she is attacked (represented with Shison-tachi in Ninja), and them getting back together and marrying (seen in Hanabi and the epilogue). While the lyrics of the song talk about their love being over, the Remix itself has a happy ending. While later Remixes have their graphical redesigns set to a certain theme, implying all the games are in the same location or connected in some way, this is the only one to tell a story in such a way.
In the arcade version, the on-screen credit for Sohshi was updated from 田中 総史 (Sohshi Tanaka?) to 総史(ワタシメスラッグ) (Sohshi (Watashime Slug)?), as he formed the group with guitarist Leo after appearing in this Remix.
