Moai Doo-Wop (モアイソング?, Moai Song) is the 4th Rhythm Game of the second stage (9th overall) in Rhythm Heaven.
The arrange version, Moai Doo-Wop 2, appears in the ninth stage of Rhythm Heaven.
Gameplay
The game revolves around the Moai Kids, two moai that live on an island. The player controls the female moai, and must repeat the sounds made by the male moai. The sounds consist of a "doo-wop" sound and a shout.
Controls
- Tap: Shout
- Tap (Hold): "Doo" (Start long note)
- Tap (Release): "Wop" (End long note)
Timing Display
- Perfect!/Ace!?: The player sings correctly.
- Early!/Late!?: The player sings slightly off sync, though there is no indication of this.
- Miss...?: The player sings way off sync or doesn't sing at all. The male moai is visibly annoyed. Bird droppings also fall on the female Moai, unless it happens during the Practice.

| Tsunku♂: This is so bad. It makes me want to say, "Ooh-ah," and imitate them. If you make a mistake, you get poo poured on your head. It is my second favorite game on the DS after "Munchy Monk". |
| Oguro: Normally, when you listen to the sound alone, you would think of light dancing, but it is heavy moai that appear. Moreover, the moai, which are supposed to be motionless, are actually coming out of the ground (laughs). |
| Yone: Male and female moai appear, with the boy's name being "Moaio" and the girl's name being "Moaiko". Originally, the game had a king that would be sitting on the ground with his head in his hands, and a messenger standing behind him would hold the king's mouth and make him speak in turn. But one day, it was suddenly replaced with a moai (laughs). So, in order to give the feeling of having a conversation in one word, Moaio says "Ooh-ah" with "Ooh-ah" being shortened to "Wa", and Moaiko says "Roo-ah" and "Rah". By the way, I'm the voice of Moaio (laughs). |
Trivia
- The Moai Kids make a cameo during Cheer Readers 2 from Rhythm Heaven Fever as an image in the books.
- This game, Moai Doo-Wop 2 and Bossa Nova are only rhythm games, whose titles mention musical genres.
