Remix 3 (リミックス 3?, Rimikkusu 3), also known as 3rd Remix (3rd リミックス?, 3rd Rimikkusu) on the prologue, is the 6th Rhythm Game of Stage 3 (18th overall) in Rhythm Tengoku and the third Remix.
This is the first Remix to feature visual changes, mostly themed around hearts, as well as the first to feature a vocal song.

- The epilogue to this Remix is similar in concept to the one in Remix 4 from Rhythm Heaven.
- This is the very first themed Remix in the Rhythm Heaven Series where most Rhythm Games get a dramatic cosmetic makeover to fit the theme. In later installments, almost all of the Remixes are themed.
- Mahou Tsukai is the only game to not have new graphics in this Remix.
- The bee in the epilogue also appears on the background of one of the songs in the Studio and at the end of a 2 Player run in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade) to test the players' compability.
- The boy in the epilogue has similar clothes and a similar hairstyle to Tram.
