Extra Remix (エクストラ リミックス ?, Ekusutora Rimikkusu ), also known as 1st Remix (1st リミックス ?, 1st Rimikkusu ) on the prologue, is the 6th Rhythm Game of Extra (54th and final overall) in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade). The gameplay is the same as this remix, but the tempo is sped up with new orchestration to the music. The visual changes of each game are retained.

Trivia
- Remix 1, Remix 2 and Remix 4's music were used to train the development team's sense of rhythm by having them dance to it.[1][2] The in-game remixes actually use only a small portion of that music. Interestingly, Extra Remix has new orchestrations for every variation of Remix 1's music, despite most not being used.
- The first time that The Clappy Trio appears in the Remix, the 3 is replaced with a 4, and there are 4 of them that time, keeping the same rules.
- The concept of the Epilogues comparing the player's performance to the quality of a meal is similar to the Epilogues of the Remix 1s in Rhythm Heaven and Rhythm Heaven Fever, while the Epilogues of Extra Remix are similar in concept to those of Remix 2 in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
- There is an unused version of Remix 1 accessable through the debug menu of Rhythm Tengoku under the name Dance Lesson 1 (ダンスレッスン 1?, Dansu Ressun 1). In it, Tap Trial replaces Rhythm Datsumo and the remix itself is much longer.[3]
- The song to Extra Remix contains a leitmotif from Game Select.
- Extra Remix and Endless Remix are the first Remixes to have a name instead of a number, prior to every Remix being named in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
