- The Rats make a cameo in Freeze Frame, where they sometimes appear in the pictures the player takes.
- Ms. Whiskers makes a cameo in Wake-Up Caller, sometimes appearing at the window.
- Bunny Hop, Fan Club 2, and this game are the only games to receive remixed music in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
- In Rhythm Tengoku, the mice in the OK and Superb epilogues have mouthes. However, in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, they were removed.
