Extra Remix TempoUpExtra6.png (エクストラ　リミックス　TempoUpExtra6.png?, Ekusutora Rimikkusu TempoUpExtra6.png), also known as 1st Remix TempoUpExtra6.png (1st リミックス　TempoUpExtra6.png?, 1st Rimikkusu TempoUpExtra6.png) on the prologue, is the 6th Rhythm Game of Extra (54th and final overall) in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade).

The gameplay is the same as the original remix, but the tempo is sped up with new orchestration to the music. The visual changes from the Tempo Up! versions of each game are retained as well.
