Remix 6 is the 5th Rhythm Game of the sixth stage (30th overall) and the sixth remix in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
The games in this remix follow a carnival theme, with most involving rides and attractions.

Trivia
- This is the only remix in the entire franchise to only use one mean of input, as it only uses the A button.
- The Blue Birds and Captain Blue Bird are seen in the OK epilogue screen, using the same artwork from Air Rally.
- The Airboarder UFO is seen in the superb epilogue screen.
- The hat MC Adore is wearing resembles Mona's guitarist hat from WarioWare Touched!.
- Three red rhythm rockets can be seen in the intro.
