Remix 1 is the 5th game Rhythm Game of the second stage (10th overall) and the second remix in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
It has a hard rock theme, with a red and purple color palette.

Trivia
- The pink monkey in the Board Meeting segments re-appears in Remix 9 of Fever, climbing on Mandrill's hair during the Hole in One 2 segment.
- Just like in the other versions of Board Meeting, the monkey has sprites of her holding a tray with a glass of water on it.
- The monkey that appears during the Tambourine segments resembles the ones that appeared in Tap Trial 2 in Rhythm Tengoku. Unlike the offbeat monkeys in Monkey Watch that also resemble them, the Tambourine monkey clearly has the same appearance as the ones in Tap Trial 2.
- The clock tower in the Monkey Watch sections resembles London’s Big Ben.
- The result screens in this game are very similar to the result screens in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade)’s Remix 1 Tempo Up!
- This is one of the shortest Remixes in the entire series.
