Remix 3 (リミックス３^?, Rimikkusu 3), also known as Remix 3rd on the prologue, is the 5th Rhythm Game of the third stage (15th overall) in Rhythm Heaven and the third Remix.

Trivia

• Although the prologue uses "3rd" in most versions, a simple "3" is used in Rhythm Paradise.
• The epilogues are similar in concept to the ones for Remix 9 in Rhythm Heaven Fever, including the large swordfish.

• • There is an unused sprite of a mermaid meant for the Superb epilogue.
• This game's music sounds very similar to the song "Tsugaru Kaikyō Fuyugeshiki" by Sayuri Ishikawa.
• White Penguins from Showtime makes a cameo during the Freeze Frame sections.
• Some of The Dazzles sections use new patterns not found in the original game, but are used again in The Dazzles 2 and Remix 7.
• When flicking at the wrong time in The Dazzles segments, the dots on the girl's kimonos disappear.
