Template:Game-NavTemplate:Minigame infoboxPower Calligraphy (リズムお習字 Rhythm Penmanship) is the 21st unlockable game in Rhythm Tengoku. It's about a man who is trying to learn how to write calligraphy. Getting a perfect will unlock the soundtrack of this game.
Gameplay
A giant hand, that you play as, is going to write calligraphy -- with an unnecessary-yet-necessary amount of strength. When the giant hand reaches enough power, press A to write (with power). There are six different symbols to write besides the face. Near the end, the game goes faster and people come out dancing.
Controls
Timing Notes
- Hit: The symbol is successfully written
- Barely: If early, the line turns out squiggled. If late, a messy spot of ink is made. A barely counts as a miss.
- Miss: If missed completely no marks are made, letting out a sigh.
Rating Notes
- Try Again: "Maybe I should stick with pencils..."
- OK: "Who says calligraphy isn't fun?"
- Superb: "Hooray for Japanese calligraphy!"

- This game was graphically updated for Rhythm Heaven Fever as an Extra Game, which is unlocked after accumulating 41 Medals.
- The person drawing the symbols may very well be The Wandering Samurai, as they share the same sound effects.
- If you miss the last one, it automatically drops the chance of getting a superb.
- The symbols written are actual Japanese symbols except the face, which is made of symbols, such as its nose.
- The symbols are: レ ("Re" Katakana), a Japanese comma (、), 力 (power), 己 (oneself), 寸 (sun, a Japanese kind of measurement), 心 (heart), and a complex symbol (made of the characters "つるニハ○○ムし").
