Remix 1 is the 5th game Rhythm Game of the first stage (5th overall) and the first remix in Rhythm Heaven Fever and
The games in this remix are all themed around a tropical vacation. It also begins with a short explanation of the remixes by the monkey from Hole in One.

Trivia
- This is the first Remix in the entire Rhythm Heaven Series to be connected. The Hole in One portion shows an island in which the golfballs land. This island is where Double Date takes place. Under the palm trees in the background is the See-Saw portion. In the sky during the Screwbot Factory portion, an island can be seen, which is where the previous three also take place.
