Remix 4 is the twentieth game in Rhythm Heaven Fever and the fourth remix. This remix has a traditional Japanese theme.

Trivia
- The game's screens are based off of the epilogue screens from Rhythm Heaven's Remix 8.
- There is a Tengu mask in the files for Remix 4 that goes unused. The mask could have been used to reference the first Samurai Slice game, Iai Giri, since the mask is similar to the in-game enemies.
- The guard from the Try Again epilogue screen was changed in the Korean version, he wears black and white clothes, a black hat and holds a baton instead of a jitte.

- The text displayed at the beginning of the stage has a chance of reading "There are mountains that a samurai must climb" instead of "There are roads that a samurai must travel".
- The sword on the Wrester's back is actually taped on.
