Remix 5 is the thirtieth rhythm game in Rhythm Tengoku and the fifth remix. The song played is WISH - I Can't Wait for You.

Trivia

• The graphics for Ninja Bodyguard in this remix are later reused in it's sequel, Ninja Reincarnate. This is the only time that a graphics from a remix are used in a later game as most remixes in Rhythm Tengoku and some in Rhythm Heaven use graphics from previous games or remixes.
• The music in this game, WISH, can be listened to at the Studio if you perfect this minigame. This is normal, but if you decide to listen to it, you are given a special scene as the background, showing a silhouette of the Reincarnated Ninja and his girlfriend in a tropical environment. This background can be seen when listening to a select few other songs as well, however.
