Template:Game-Nav Template:Minigame infoboxSpaceball (エアーバッター Air Batter) is the fourth game in Rhythm Tengoku. In this game, you play as a human figure who is hitting baseballs thrown by a flowerpot. It's sequel Spaceball 2 is unlocked later. Perfecting it will unlock a gift "Inside Spaceball".

Gameplay

This game has an odd design. The screen will often zoom out, making this scene difficult to see. The game takes place inside a small green room with a flying saucer. As the music plays, a flowerpot will throw out baseballs, which the player must hit. The ball will hang in the air for either two or three beats, and the player must hit on the last beat to hit it. Occasionally, the screen will zoom out, requiring the player to track the ball using the music alone.

• A: Hit ball

Timing Notes

• Hit: The ball flies offscreen.
• Barely: A "doink" is heard as the ball bounces out of the room. A barely counts as a miss.
• Miss: The ball falls in the hole in the floor.

• Try Again: "I hope this makes it up to you."
• OK: "Practice is the key to reaching new heights!"
• Superb: "Look what I got!"

Trivia

• Even though it may seem that this game has no practice, the game will actually not start until you hit a few balls correctly. This was changed to a standard tutorial in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
• This game and Exhibition Match both show up in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, meaning the game has two separate Baseball games.
• This game features a tutorial but only in Rhythm Tengoku Arcade.
• Along with the rest of the first set, this game has a counterpart in the arcade version at 150% speed, with a more vibrant synth for orchestration and different graphics.
