First Contact
Story Interpreter (通訳者 tsuyakusha "interpreter") is a variant of Interpreter from later in Rhythm Heaven: The Best +. In this game, the player controls an astronaut, whose mission is to translate what the alien is saying. In this variant, it is an astronaut talking to an alien, unlike the "normal" version.
Gameplay
As is expected, the Gameplay is around translating what the alien says. This is done by hitting the button in the same way that the Alien shows, as the alien will say something in a beat, and you must match said beat to translate him properly.
Dialog
Good dialog Everyone on Earth, Hello. I am from Mars... Does It look like it? I would like to be good friends with everyone...Just kidding! Recently, I have realized, katsudon is extremely delicious! Well then, I would like to meet everyone Again... Just kidding!

Controls
- A or D-Pad: Translate
Hit or Miss
Hit: Proper translation of the alien's words occurs.
Barely: The astronaut will translate the alien's words in a high-pitched voice.
Miss: A question-mark is displayed over the failed section and fails to translate the rest of the sentence. If it is a fail from the first word then a different sentence will pop up in blue, this text says something that will make the alien look bad.
