Remix 4 (リミックス４?, Rimikkusu 4), also known as Remix 4th on the prologue, is the 5th Rhythm Game of the fourth stage (20th overall) and the fourth remix in Rhythm Heaven.
The games in this remix are themed around love.

Trivia
- Although the prologue uses "4th" in most versions, a simple "4" is used in Rhythm Paradise.
- This Remix's epilogue is similar in concept to the one to Remix 3 in Rhythm Tengoku.
- The music for this remix contains the leitmotif of the "Game Select" theme in Rhythm Heaven.
- The Munchy Monk's sprite includes orange hair offscreen, in addition to his eyebrow and ear. The unused sprites in the four games are present in this remix as well.
- While this Remix has a tempo of 222 BPM, the Love Lab and DJ School sections are slowed down making it feel like 111 BPM.
