Fork Lifter (くしざし Kushizashi?, Skewer) is the sixth game in Rhythm Heaven Fever. In this game, you are playing a boy who eats dinner by stabbing peas flown across the table with his fork. Getting a perfect will unlock a "Fork Lifter" music. It's also an Extra Game unlocked in Rhythm Heaven Megamix that can be bought for 8 Flow Balls in the shop.
Gameplay
The player controls a person's hand holding a fork in the front of a wide blank table. On the other side of the table, a hand is show through a zooming bubble. When the game starts, the hand will flick pieces of food (mostly pea-like objects, with a mini-hamburger being sent in parts at one point) towards the fork. The player will have to get the right timing and spear the food on the fork as it zooms towards it. If food is successfully caught, it stays on the fork until three or four pieces are on it, in which the hand will lift and the person will eat the food. The speed the peas move at is always the same, but how many and the spacing between them varies.
In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the background has been spaced out and added gray stripes all across the table where you stab peas to take advantage of the Nintendo 3DS' effects.

Timing Notes

- Barely: The food will be caught in between two prongs, the two depending on if it was speared too early or late. If a piece of food is on a forkful this way, the person will cough when the food is eaten.

Appearances
Two-Player Mode
A version of the game can be unlocked for the two-player mode. It is the first game in the mode, and is unlocked also with the two-player menu by beating the original game.
The game has the first player using a blue fork, and the second using an orange fork. The hand will flick food at both of the players' forks, requiring them to stab and spear the food. For most of the game, the food will be flicked at the same time by the hand, and the players can stab at the same time. Later in the game, the hand will flick to only one player at a time, with the unneeded fork going off the screen.

Trivia
- The name "Fork Lifter" could be a pun to a forklift operator.
- This rhythm game used to be called "High Speed Peas" before the game's offical release.
- According to debug notes found in the files of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, this game, Board Meeting, Flock Step, Cheer Readers and Packing Pests would have its story mode variant added in that game but got cut for unknown reasons.
