Bouncy Road
The bouncing balls need your help. They're good to us, so don't drop them! |
Template:Game-Nav Template:Minigame infobox Bouncy Road (ホッピングロード Hopping Road) is the nineteenth game in Rhythm Tengoku. In this game, you're playing as two little dudes who are in charge of using hoppings to bounce white balls not to let them fall down to the bit. A sequel appears later on called Hopping Road 2. It's also an Extra Game unlocked in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Gameplay
The game features a long, curving stretch of circular platforms. From the furthest platform, a ball spawns and begins to bounce along each of the platforms getting closer and closer to the screen. At the center and closest part of the screen is a yellow pole alongside a red pole. As the ball approaches, it will bounce along the other platforms in a rhythmic rhythm, until finally approaching the yellow and red, where the player must simultaneously use the D-Pad and A button (respectfully) to carry the ball across the end of the curve. The minigame lasts for just about a minute, with the balls varying in both speed and numbers throughout!
Controls
- D-Pad: Bounce Yellow Pole
- A: Bounce Red Pole
Hit or Miss
- Hit: The ball bounces off the platform and continues its journey.
- Barely: The ball will bounce off the platform, but make a faltering noise and fall. A barely counts as a miss.
- Miss: The balls hits the platform and just rolls off.

Trivia
- There are some couple changes for this minigame in Megamix.
- In try again rating, Hopping Dudes are smiling instead of being hurt like they did in Rhythm Tengoku, and some hopping blocks are missing in Tengoku, but this was fixed in Megamix
- In OK rating, the yellow dude has an A mark on his back in Tengoku, but in Megamix, he doesn't have an A mark on his back anymore. This was probably done for mistake since it was just an error.
- In superb rating, yellow hopping dude has a coffee mug while in Rhythm Tengoku he doesn't have a coffee mug at all.
