Rhythm Heaven
There is a sequel for this game called Blue Birds 2. The gift "Blue Bird Diary" will be rewarded when getting a perfect on Blue Birds.
Gameplay
The object of this game is to be in time with the other two birds when the Captain says "peck your beak" or "stretch out your neck!"
Controls
- Tap: Peck
- Hold stylus and flick: Stretch neck
Hit or Miss
- Hit: The Captain looks pleased. On the neck stretches, the Captain will blush
- Barely: None for this rhythm game. A barely counts as a hit
- Miss: The Captain gets angry and angrily huffs

Rhythm Tengoku The Best +
Blue Birds (ブルーバード buru bazu) is a minigame identical to Blue Birds from Rhythm Heaven. The player plays as a Blue Blue, who uses his beak to train with the other Blue Birds to become great bird soldiers.

Trivia
- This is the first game from DS version that haves added "The End" without "To be continued..." at the end of the minigame. The original haves one, but since the sequel does not appear in RHTB+, the prequel is presented.
- Ironically in Samurai Slice, it still says "To be continued..."
