Remix 4 (リミックス４?, Rimikkusu 4), also known as 4th Remix on the prologue, is the 5th Rhythm Game of the fourth stage (20th overall) and the fourth remix in Rhythm Heaven.

The games in this remix are themed around love.

  • This Remix's epilogue is similar in concept to the one to Remix 3 in Rhythm Tengoku.
  • The music for this remix contains the leitmotif of the "Game Select" theme in Rhythm Heaven.
