Remix 4 (リミックス４?, Rimikkusu 4), also known as Remix 4th on the prologue, is the 5th Rhythm Game of the fourth stage (20th overall) and the fourth remix in Rhythm Heaven.
The Munchy Monk's sprite includes orange hair offscreen, in addition to his eyebrow and ear. The unused sprites in the four games are present in this remix as well.
