Love! As always, we must turn to the only method of expressing it: hip-hop. (No practice.) |
Love! The only way to express it is through hip hop. Let's make this mix cool and smooth. (And no practice for you) |
Template:Game-NavTemplate:Minigame infoboxLove Rap 2 is the 41st game in Rhythm Heaven Fever. It is the sequel to Love Rap. This time, the background takes place at MC Adore's house where she and two other rappers rap about love. The Love Posse band has now new pretty outfits and fluffy afro wigs. Perfecting this game will unlock a gift "Concert Listings" in which you will read it at the cafe.
Gameplay
Just like last time, you are a member of the "Love Posse," as well as another guy. The girl behind you, MC Adore, will say a phrase and you and the other rapper need to copy it. MC will say "Into you," "Crazy into you," "Fo'sho," and "All about you." Instead of being on a street corner, though, this time the characters are inside someone's house (probably MC Adore's). You also have to repeat more phrases in this one.
Controls
- A: Rap
Timing Notes
- Hit: The player successfully say your line in sync with the other rapper, having both speech bubbles overlap, and the rappers do the motion for the line. The headlights on MC Adore's car also light up.
- Barely: The player does the motion for the line, but the speech bubble that appears is blue with white text instead of white with black text, as well as having a jagged edge. When the rapper says his line, it will come out low-pitched (if early) or high-pitched (if late).
- Miss: The player's rapper will either rap when not supposed to,making a strange face, or will just not rap at all. Either way, the other rapper will look over at the player, upset.
Rating Notes
US version
- Try Again: "Lame, guys. Really lame."
- OK: "Who says love and rap don't go together?!"
- Superb: "I guess I HAVE to be nice to you guys after that..."
European Version
- Try Again: "Did you give up already?"
- OK: "We can perform if we need to!"
- Superb: "I'll treat you just this once!"

Trivia
- In the previous Love Rap, the camera pulled back to reveal that this game was a show on TV, and the two weasels from Double Date were watching it. In this version, Cam, Marshal, and Miss Ribbon are shown watching the TV.
