Micro-Row 2 (帰ってきた 小さないきもの Kaettekita Chisana Ikimono, "return of small living things") is the 45th minigame and it's a sequel to Micro-Row in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. It is identical to Micro-Row from Rhythm Heaven Fever, but this sequel doesn't relate to the one from Wii. The Microbes have changed their behavior, so keep an eye on those small fellows to discover something big here.
Gameplay
The player controls the blue microbe in the middle. The player must march forward to make a spiral trail along with the other two. Occasionally, with the light ring of a bell, the player must then proceed with three consecutive launches.

- A: Launch forward
Simple Tap Mode
- Tap: Launch forward
Timing Notes
- Hit: The microbe will dash forward along with the other two microbes around it.
- Barely: The microbe slightly falls behind and lightly bumps into the microbe behind it if it goes too early. If it goes too late, it bumps into the microbe in front of it.
- Miss: The microbe is pushed forward by the one behind by bumping into it.
Rating Notes
- Try Again: "We've lost our funding..."
- OK: "With some more research, it could be big!"
- Superb: "This is the greatest discovery since fire!"
