It is identical to Frog Hop 2 from Rhythm Heaven. In this sequel, the music is now instrumental played on a sax, and the backup dancers appear slightly different, wearing top hats and fancy clothes.
Gameplay
The gameplay is exactly the same as its prequel, but the tempo is slightly faster, and several new commands are put in different spots throughout the song. The soundtrack is now instrumental as the Blue Frogette plays on a sax rather than singing it which the entire song goes instrumental.

- A button: Shake hips
- Hold and release B button: Spin
Simple Tap Mode
- Tap: Shake hips
- Hold and release Stylus: Spin
Timing Notes
- Hit: The beat is smoothly kept.
- Barely: The frog gulps and starts to slightly sweat when partially bumping into the frog next to him. A barely counts as a hit.
- Miss: The frog bumps into the frog next to him. The other frogs give him an annoyed look.
