Pillow Dance(パジャマズ Pajamazu "pajamas") is a new Rhythm Game that appears in Rhythm Heaven: The Best +. In this game, the player controls a girl, having a sleepover with a group of monkeys.
Gameplay

- This minigame has the same singer, and is in similar style, to Love Lab.
- The monkeys in this game are more akin to their own design, and not of the normal rhythm monkey seen throughout the games.
- The balloon from Monkey Watch is seen in this game.
