Remix 5 (リミックス５?, Rimikkusu 5), also known as 5th Remix on the prologue, is the 5th Rhythm Game of the fifth stage (25th overall) and the fifth remix in Rhythm Heaven.
The remix appears to have a live performance theme, as each game features a crowd.

Trivia
- Although the prologue uses "5th" in most versions, a simple "5" is used in Rhythm Paradise.
- Dog Ninja introduces a new voice cue used only in this remix: "Here we go!" (どこいそ！?, Doko Iso!)
- This voice clip still exists in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. It is left unused, and as a result, is only in Japanese.
- All of the games used in this Remix have a crowd in the background that is similar to crowds in Tram to Poline and Splashdown.
- The Producer from Live appears in the Superb epilogue.
