Remix 4 (リミックス4?, Rimikkusu 4), also known as 4th Remix in Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise, is the 5th Rhythm Game of Stage 4 (20th overall) and the fourth remix in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
This Remix has a traditional Japanese feel.

- The sword on Wrestler's back is taped on.
- The epilogue is similar in concept to that to Remix 8 in Rhythm Heaven.
- In Rhythm World Wii, the guard in the Try Again epilogue is redesigned to look more like "pojol" (Korean police during the Joseon period), and is holding a baton instead of a jitte.
