Gameplay

In this game, the player has the slice demons, or evil spirits, as they appear and protect the peaceful village. Dark demons will appear and the player must slice them with the sword at the correct time to vanquish them, by pressing A. Occasionally, a vortex of demons will swarm at once and the player has to perform a whirlwind slice, by pressing A and B at the same time, which will make the samurai thrash his sword rapidly.

• A: Slice sword
• A+B: Whirlwind slice

Hit or Miss

• Hit: "You skillfully slice the evil spirit in two. The group of spirits are easily cut up by your whirlwind slice."
• Barely: "You simply grave the spirit. But you just graze the first/last one with a "tick" sound as it just lazily falls down, off screen."
• Miss: "The spirits knock you over while you let out a hilarious scream. The group of spirits shoot forward and bite you while let out a combo of said scream."
