Remix 3 (リミックス3?, Rimikkusu 3), also known as 3rd Remix on the prologue, is the 5th Rhythm Game of the third stage (15th overall) and the third remix in Rhythm Heaven.
Some games in this remix are themed around traditional Japanese attire, while others simply have lighting and location changes.

- The epilogue is similar in concept to the one to Remix 9 in Rhythm Heaven Fever, including the large swordfish.
- There is an unused sprite of a mermaid meant for the Superb epilogue.
- This game's music sounds very similar to the song "Tsugaru Kaikyō Fuyugeshiki" by Sayuri Ishikawa.
- White Penguins from Showtime make a cameo during Freeze Frame.
- The Dazzles uses new patterns not found in the original game, but are used again in The Dazzles 2 and Remix 7.
- When flicking at the wrong time during The Dazzles, the dots on the girl's kimonos disappear.
