*This is one of the three remixes (excluding the rhythm games that include all of them like Remix 10 in Wii) in the Rhythm Heaven franchise where the backgrounds of these rhythm games do not match most of the colors since this remix's color is blue, the other being Honeybee Remix and Donut Remix; in this case, these respective rhythm games are white (Ringside), indigo (Micro Row), and yellow (Packing Pests).
** Likewise, this is the only remix that appeared in the Wii.

Let's mix things up! This one's got a traditional Japanese feel. (No practice.)
Right now, the ninja... has to watch out for guards.
Right now, the ninja... continues his secret mission.
Right now, the ninja... has completed his mission!
The ninja is in a spot of trouble.
The ninja is currently on a secret mission.
This time, the ninja successfully completed his mission!

The text displayed at the beginning either reads "There are roads that a samurai must travel" or "There are mountains that a samurai must climb". Interestingly, the three parts of the text are timed to the music. A fourth part is also intended to be displayed, however no such part is shown in the English version. In Minna no Rhythm Tengoku however, there is one; it is simply The Wandering Samurai signing his name, while the text itself is written from his perspective.
The guard in the Try Again epilogue has a different design in Rhythm Sesang Wii, where wears black and white clothes, a black hat and holds a baton instead of a jitte.
