Left-Hand Remix (レフトリミックス?, Left Remix) is the 5th Rhythm Game of the Left-Hand Tower (80th overall) and the eighth remix in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
It acts as a melody, containing sixteen games from the earlier. Games with long versions take on their appearance.

Trivia
- This is the second Remix 8 to not be speedy, the first being Remix 8 (GBA).
- Fillbots, Working Dough, Freeze Frame, Space Dance, Tap Trial, Rhythm Tweezers, Dog Ninja, & Exhibition Match also appear in their respective Remix 8s.
- This remix does not use any of the games from its set, and is the second one to do so, after Remix 8 (GBA).
- This is the second remix to have 2 different time signatures (4/4 & 3/4), the first being Remix 6 (GBA). These are due to the games Mahou Tsukai and Blue Bear.
