Mahou Tsukai (まほうつかい?, Wizard) is the 13th game in Rhythm Tengoku. In this game, you play as a wizard who is growing flowers for the lonely little girl.
Gameplay
The wizard circles around the girl in the center. As he moves around, flowers will sprout on the ground in a rhythm. To make them bloom, the player must repeat the pattern using the A button.
Controls
- Ⓐ: Use magic
Timing Notes
- Hit: The flower blooms and one appears on the girl's headpiece or dress up to six.
- Barely: A monster is summoned and it eats the flower. The girl cries as a flower disappears from her clothing. A barely counts as a miss.
- Miss: The flower doesn't sprout.

Trivia
- The monsters' faces resemble the viruses from Sick Beats.
- This is one of the few games in the series that is in the 3/4 time signature.
- In the fan translation, Rhythm Heaven Silver, this minigame is renamed to "Wizard's Waltz", rather than directly translated as "Wizard".
