• The text box at the beginning of the game says "Mmm...Donuts", which is a possible reference to Homer Simpson's popular catchphrase from The Simpsons.
• In this remix, Animal Acrobat doesn't have any spotlights. This makes it similar to its sequel, Jungle Gymnast.
