- This is one of the franchise's 2 remixes to have a swing feel (the other being Remix 8 from Rhythm Heaven Fever).
- This game's music may have been inspired by the song "Tsugaru Kaikyo Fuyugeshiki" by Sayuri Ishikawa.
- There is an unused sprite of a mermaid that looks like a girl from Tap Trial intended for the Superb epilogue.
- A white penguin from Showtime makes a cameo during the Freeze Frame sections.
- Some of The Dazzles sections use a new pattern not found in the original game but is used again in The Dazzles 2 and Remix 7.
- Part of Dog Ninja's theme can be heard during the Crop Stomp section.
- When flicking at the wrong time in The Dazzles segments, the dots on the girl’s kimonos disappear.
