Remix 9 is the forty-fifth game in Rhythm Heaven Fever and the ninth remix. This remix has lyrics and has a music concert theme to it. Perfecting this earns the gift "Song Lyrics 3".

• This is the only instance in Rhythm Heaven Fever where there are only 3 pigs in Board Meeting.
• This Remix has many cameo appearances from previous Rhythm Heaven titles.

    Tap Trial Girl makes a cameo in her three variants, Remix 5, Remix 7 and Tap Trial 2. During the Cheer Readers section, when the girls are spinning their books and then open them up. The Tap Trial 2 one is hard to see in the game, as only the bottom-rightmost part of the image can be seen when opening the books on the Remix 7 version too early, and the full image is never used in-game.
  • The girl monkey from Remix 2's Board Meeting segments appears in the Hole in One section.
  • Yagura from The ★ Bon Odori and the Drum Girls appear in the Board Meeting section, with the assistant replacing the girl with the bass. But there is an unused sprite of the girl with the bass.
  • The people in the rating screens are from Pirate Crew.
  • The fishing pole holds an octopus from Octopus Machine in the OK screen.
• This is the only 9th Remix in which Glee Club does not appear, as it was not in this Rhythm Heaven title.
