Template:Minigame infobox DJ School (DJスクール DJ Sukūru) is the 17th minigame in Rhythm Heaven. This game is about a DJ school where DJ Yellow teaches his apprentices to become real DJs. If the player achieves to collect the perfect on DJ School, they will be awarded with the "DJ School Flier" that will be available for the player to read it at the Café.
Gameplay
In this game, the player portrays a DJ apprentice, under the teaching of DJ Yellow, a jolly fellow with a signature phrase "Scratch-o! Hey!" To pass this game, the player has to be pretty exact on the commands and pay a lot of attention. To play, the player must Tap and hold when DJ Yellow says "Ooh!". This happens when he says "Break, come on! Ooh!" or "And stop! Ooh!" and Flick when he says "Hey!". However, this only happens when he says "Scratch-o! Hey!".
Controls
- Tap and hold: Start a break and hold it
- Flick: Spin turntable
Timing Notes
- Hit: The DJ routine will continue normally!
- Barely: Depending just how close the player does it, it may count as a barely counts as a hit! or A barely counts as a miss.
- Miss: DJ Yellow will cast a worried look at Blue DJ and his tone will be less energetic. Occasionally, a crowd off screen will 'boo' the DJs.
