Fan Club (アイドル aidoru "idol") is the 4th game in Rhythm Heaven and the 49th minigame in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. This game is about a Pop Singer performing a song at the stage, and her fans are monkeys. Thrilling! Is This Love? song is played in this game. The sequel, Fan Club 2, is unlocked later on.
Gameplay
Pop Singer stands in the center of the stage performing her song while her lively monkey fan club cheers her on. The player takes control of the monkey in the front row off to the far right. Certain phrases in Pop Singer's song indicate what action the player must take. When she sings "Yeah, yeah, yeah!" (Japanese: ハイ!ハイ!ハイ!Hai hai hai!) or any other phrase in that pattern, the Fan Club is expected to clap four times directly afterward, following the same rhythm. The other duty of her fanbase is to clap three times and then do a short jump when she recites the line "I suppose" (Japanese: かもね!). The audience echoes her, but stretches out the "I" and adds in a "yeah!" (this is also when they hop). For each syllable repeated by the primates, a clap is performed.

Trivia
- Pop Singer's new design in Rhythm Heaven Megamix resembles a singer known as Ari~sa, as Erina had left the girl group she was in in 2009.
- Soushi Tanaka makes a cameo in Try Again rating screen in Megamix.
- It appears that missing a single cue will result in a Just OK. Touching the screen or pressing A while there are no cues will not break a Superb.
