This gameplay plays the same way as the prequel, but this time you are working at the new factory where the new orders of fillbots are waiting to be filled up. The middle ones are more common now instead of the big ones. A middle fillbot needs 4 beats to be filled up, and the big fillbot 8 beats. The oil in this sequel is strawberry rather than purple.

Fillbots 2 (かえってきた ロボット工場・オイル Kaettekita robotto koujou ・oiru" Return of robot factory: oil"), known in Rhythm Heaven as Fillbots (Japanese: ロボット工場 robotto koujou Robot Factory), not to be confused with the sequel in Rhythm Heaven, is the 3rd minigame in Rhythm Heaven and the 34th minigame in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. This game is about the fillbot factory where robots are made, and it's your duty to fuel them up with strawberry robo juice. Don't fuel 'em up too much. The sequel, Fillbots 2, is unlocked later on. It's also a sequel to Fillbots in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The object of the game is to tap and hold the stylus down against the screen at the right time to fuel up robots in order to make them functional, as well as releasing at the right time to prevent overfilling it. Filling them up too little or too much can cause them to not function at all. There are two kinds of robots you need to fill; a thin one (4 beats) and a fat one (8 beats).

  • Press & Hold A button: Fill
  • Release: Stop

Simple Tap Mode

  • Tap & Hold: Fill
  • Release: Stop

Timing Notes

  • Hit: The robot will fly off if fueled exactly on time or do a little dance if it's not exact but still good enough for a hit.
  • Barely: The robot will appear dazed and tilts its head from side to side if underfueled. If it is overfueled, it will grab its head as if it were about to explode, with its eyes growing large and small. A barely counts as a miss.
  • Miss: The robot will continue down the conveyor belt if the player does nothing. If the player misses while trying to fuel, the robot's head will tilt. If the play fills the robot too little, it will have crosses on its eyes and appear dazed. If the player continues fueling too much, the robot will explode.
