The theme of the game is similar to a circus theme, with elephants and mice playing the music in the background. Achieving a perfect unlocks "Eyewitness Accounts".
Gameplay
The overall gameplay of this game is nearly identical to the original. However, the music is extented and have more dumplings to eat, so you better tap faster this "Two-two! Go-go!" cue as fast as possible. The background is now the circus entrance with elephants playing the music on saxs.
Controls
- Tap: Slap wrist
Timing Notes
- Hit: The dumpling flies into the mouth of the Monk and he successfully swallows it.
- Barely: The dumpling flies and hits the Monk's nose in which he exclaims in surprise. A barely counts as a miss.
- Miss: The dumpling falls out off the Monk's hand.

Trivia
- The face the monk makes at the end of the game resembles the employee from Packing Pests which makes the same expression.
- According to debug notes found in the files of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, this game was supposed to come back, but got cut for unknown reasons.
