The song in this game is "Young Love Rock'n'Roll", which can be played in the Café after attaining a perfect for this minigame. A sequel is unlocked later known as Frog Hop 2.
Gameplay
The player controls a backup dancer on the right of the stage. As the blue frog sings, the player must tap the screen in time to swing the frog's hips. In addition, the female frog will occasionally chant ou a move for the player to repeat:
- "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!": The player must tap three times very quickly.
- "Yahoo!" / "Come On!": The player must tap twice in a "swinging 8ths" pattern.
- "Spin it, boys!": The player must spin and pick up the beat again by holding the Stylus and flick it.

- Flick: Spin
Timing Notes
- Hit: The beat is smoothly kept.
