Template:Game-NavTemplate:Minigame infoboxKarate Man Returns! (かえってきた カラテ家 Kaettekita Karateka) is the 33rd minigame and it's a sequel to Karate Man and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. It is also identical to the original Karate Man from Rhythm Tengoku. In this sequel, Karate Joe is still training himself of punching flying objects off-screen. This one has the same vocals from GBA and the background is colored orange with yellow stripes, which is the same in the GBA when you reach 3 on the flow.

The gameplay of this game is the same like in prequel as Karate Joe punches out the flying object off-screen with is done by pressing A button. This time, the game is more intense, has a vocal song added during the gameplay, and there are more objects flying to you including a new one, a black pot

Hey, baby! How's it going?
This beat is non-stop.
Hey, baby! Listen to my phrase.
I can give you the sense of rhythm.
...Oh yeah.
Hey, baby! How's it going?
This beat is non-stop.
Hey, baby! Listen to my phrase.
I can give you the sense of rhythm.
Awake, baby! Trust me!
This beat is non-stop.
New groove in your soul! Oh yeah!
This beat. You are growing up well!
Hey, baby. Hold on to your ambitions.
Hey!
Oh yeah!

Trivia
- This version is slightly changed from the original, as this minigame doesn't include the lightbulbs while a bomb near the end was replaced with a black pot and the "Hit 2!" cue also near the end was changed to "Hit 3!". The Flow meter is not present in this game so Karate Joe can punch rocks without hurting his fist like he did in the GBA version.
- In Megamix, due to the fact that every version appeared, the DS version was named "Karate Man Kicks!", the Wii version was named "Karate Man Combos!", and the GBA version was named "Karate Man Returns!".
