Rhythm Rally (ピンポン pin pon "ping pong") is the 20th minigame and it's a variant of Rhythm Rally from Rhythm Heaven that appears in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. In this game, the player controls one of the Paddlers playing a table-tennis rally game together. In this variant, the Paddlers play a rally match on a flower with a ladybug.
A sequel later appears in Babershop Tower under the title Rhythm Rally 2.
Gameplay
The paddles are playing a table-tennis rally on a big flower, and you are playing as one of them. To hit a ball, you have to press A button to paddle it to serve to your rival. There are two speeds of served balls: normal, which bounce normally, and slow, which bounce a bit high.
Each cue goes at the same speed, but there are different intervals and mixes of them. Note that the fast ball set does not appear in this variant.

Timing Notes
- Hit: The player will successfully continue the rally
- Barely: The player hits the ball off the table. Barely counts as a miss.
- Miss: The ball falls into the players side. The coach will bring out another ball

- OK: "That was a great match!"
- Superb: "Nothing beats a good rally!"
