Micro-Row (小さないきもの Chisana Ikimono, "small living things") is the twelfth minigame and it's a variant of Micro-Row from Rhythm Heaven Fever that appears in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. This game is about a scientist who peeks into a microscope to study these tiny creatures' behavior patterns. In this game, the background is a deep purple.
A sequel later appears in Citrus Tower under the title Micro-Row 2.
Gameplay

- Miss: The microbe is pushed forward by the one behind by bumping into it.
