The main playable character is a dog that slices various things such as vegetables, tires, and frying pans. Getting a perfect on this one unlocks the gift called "Life of a Dog Ninja".

Gameplay

The objects can come into the screen from either side and be sliced when they reach the middle. They can also come in on both sides at the same time, but this doesn't change the timing, it just causes somewhat of a distraction. When a good slice is done, the object splits in half.

• Flick: Slice

Hit or Miss

• Hit: The item is solidly sliced in half.
• Barely: The item will bounce of of the blade, making a slight noise.
• Miss: The sword will completely miss the thrown item.

• OK: "I think I've earned a little snack."
• Superb: "Nothing beats fresh-sliced veggies!"

Gameplay

The game has been redesigned to take advantage of the widescreen and 3D Effect of the Nintendo 3DS were added in this game to give more details. The background has been upgraded a bit. The controls and the entire game itself are changed to use either buttons or touch mode, slicing things is now performed with a tap instead of a flick.

• This is one of a few games to have different rating screens of both versions.
• The towers in the background look similar to the one's used in Ninja.
