Gameplay
The player portrays one of the tiny ghosts: the one in the front towards the right. The play is supposed to strum and jump in sync with the other tiny ghost in front. The drummer, in the back, will count to 3 (although he sometimes goes 1, 2, 1, 2, 3), giving you the cue to start strumming. The signal is usually near the climatic ending of the background song. The first and fourth strums are worth two beats, while the second and third are worth one. There are a total of four strums.

- Flick: Strum guitar
Hit or Miss
- Hit: The crowd will applaud loudly and Green Ghost will shout out an appreciative "thank you!"
- Barely: The crowd will applaud and Green Ghost will say "thank you."
- Miss: The crowd will boo the Tiny Ghosts and Green Ghost will clear his throat

- The first and last songs are always the same, but the songs in the middle are randomized.
- The first song played by the band is later extended and used for Remix 7, with the original song appearing at the end of it.
- The ghosts appear in the Endless Game Munchy Monk.
- A ghost from Rhythm Tengoku's White Apparition makes a cameo in this rhythm game cheering the Tiny Ghosts band in the center of the crowd.
