Rhythm Item

Rhythm Items (リズムアイテム^?, Rizumu Aitemu) are in-game collectibles that can be bought from the Shop in Rhythm Heaven Megamix and viewed in the Museum. They serve the same purpose as the Reading Material in previous games. A second Rhythm Item can be obtained in the Endless Games by achieving a certain high score.
