Rhythm Items are in-game collectibles that can be bought from the Shop in Rhythm Heaven Megamix and act the same as the Things to Read in previous games. Each collectible costs a certain amount of coins and comes with a description, usually having a sort of backstory. Rhythm Items in Endless Games need to be obtained by achieving a certain amount of points from that game.
