Ura Otoko uses the same graphics as Metronome, a scrapped Rhythm Game, and as such contains all of its unused sprites. They are still considered separate games, regardless.

The High Score jingle was originally used for Tanuki & Monkey. It was later repurposed for this game.

Unused Content

Mr. Upbeat has a couple of sprites of him standing in place, like those used in the preview on the Endless Games menu.

While there is plenty of dialogue in the game, there are more strings which go unused. While most languages appear to be translations of each other, the text in Rhythm World Wii instead marks it as unused.
