Unused Content
There is a sprite of an arrow pointing upwards in the same style as the blocks.
In Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade), there are also unused sprites of the top of either and their buttons on the side separated from the rest of the blocks, an Akai Mono without the dividing stripe in the middle, a yellow and orange warning line likely meant to be placed where the red line is in the final game, or possibly marking the end of the line on the other side. There are also half and quarter sized blocks, as well as an early version of the Aボタン (A Button?) and +ボタン (+ Button?) graphics, being simply printed on the floor, and facing towards the player directly rather than being at an angle.
Miscellaneous
In the added how to play demonstration in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade), the A blocks appearing uses a different drum sound than what is used during gameplay, which uses the same sound as when the block is bounced. The + blocks always use different sound effects for appearing and bouncing.
