Dance Lesson 1 (ダンスレッスン 1?, Dansu Ressun 1), also known as 1st Remix (1st リミックス?, 1st Rimikkusu) on the prologue, is an unused early version of Remix 1 in Rhythm Tengoku.

Trivia
- Remix 1, Remix 2 and Remix 4's music were used to train the development team's sense of rhythm by having them dance to it, hence why this version of Remix 1 is named "Dance Lesson 1"[1][2]. The in-game remixes actually use only a small portion of that music. Dance Lesson 1 uses more variations than the final version of Remix 1.
- Due to the only way to access this version of the remix is through Sequence Test, the epilogue is skipped. Presumably, it would have used the same one as Remix 1.
- In the arcade version of Rhythm Tengoku, Tap Dance has the outline of the platform colored magenta instead of black, just like in Remix 8. This error is not present in the GBA version of Rhythm Tengoku.
